Performance Ratings

BNF Technologies has worked with more than 37 federal agencies over the years. Performance ratings and reviews are one of the ways that proves our worth to prospective customers In the past 26 years, we have always looked for opportunities to improve and expand our library of services. All of our performance reviews gives us the chance to discover new agency needs and modern ways to address them.

BNF was assessed with a Past Performance Evaluation (PPE) performed by Open Ratings on behalf of the General Service Administration (GSA). This was our third performance review since 2002. Current and previous customers were contacted and rated us in 9 different categories. We earned an overall score of 91 out of 100. This assessment was the third consecutive review of the Outstanding level.

We believe it is vital that we are transparent about our service record and the work we have performed in the past. Being honest about our performance ratings shows our pride in the work we have done and the time we have put into the agencies BNF has partnered with. Throughout the years, we have earned outstanding or excellent evaluations from over 20 customers.

The GSA performance review surveys of BNF came back with 25 outstanding ratings and 3 excellent ratings. The most recent perform evaluations of our services can be found in the Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS). The Department of Energy’s Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization FY 2017 Awards Committee received a nomination for BNF Technologies for the Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business of the Year.

• We have partnered with the U.S. Department of Energy, Mission Support Alliance, since 2016. BNF has provided records management program support to meet requirements with DOE directive and NARA regulations. Our services have supported 11 million electronic records, growing at a rate of 800,000 a year. We operate 6 electronic records systems and oversee the Vital records program.
• From 2011 to 2015, BNF supported the U.S. Navy with records management developed program. We delivered comprehensive service with an agency assessment, inventory, and implemented strategies to help them reach appropriate compliance with NARA regulations. We also provided records management training, RM handbooks, desk guides, workflow analysis, and E-records filing and control.
• For the U.S. Access Board, BNF Technologies performed agency assessment, records inventory, and put plans in place to reach federal compliance. Our personnel designed policies and procedures, file plans, record schedules, and training modules with an E-record system implementation and deployment plan. We assisted the agency by selecting and deploying a certified Electronic Records Management System (ERMS).
• BNF teamed with the U.S. Department of Justice to provide a variety of records management operations support activities. The specific support service activities included performing an assessment of their records management practices within the CRS’ Headquarters Office (CRS/HQ), field and regional offices, a physical inventory of the paper and electronic records located in the various staff’s offices, establishing and designing a CRS File Plan, and reviewing CRS’ Records Retention Schedules.
